🚚 COD Shipment Policy by Alifeo:

• COD shipment prices include both Forward and RTO (Return-to-Origin) charges in advance.
• This is to cover the courier's cost in case the shipment is returned by the customer.



Prepaid Shipment Policy by Alifeo:

• Only Forward charges are collected.
• If the product is returned (RTO), you are responsible for paying the RTO charges separately.
• Your due amount will be shown on WhatsApp in such cases.



Note:

• If you fail to clear the RTO dues for a previous prepaid shipment, your next pickup will be blocked until the pending amount is cleared.

🚚 How Alifeo Shipment Works

• Ham aapke order ko deliver karate hain top courier partners ke through – Amazon Shipment, Delhivery, Ekart, Shree Maruti etc.
• WhatsApp pe aapko 3+ options diye jate hain with rate, aap choose kar sakte hain kis se bhejna hai.
• Pickup Time: Subah 8 baje se pehle order confirm karne par same-day pickup. Warna next-day ya 2–3 din ka time lag sakta hai.
• Delivery Time: Jab payment ho jaati hai, uske baad hi exact delivery time confirm hota hai.
• Claim ke liye: Jab labeling slip mile, use product par lagakar ek packing video banayein. Receiving ke waqt bhi video record
• Payment Process: Aapko partner list milegi WhatsApp pe. Jiska bhi rate choose karo, uska QR diya jaayega. Payment ke baad slip 1–2 ghante me mil jaayegi.
• 📬 Hand over the parcel to the assigned pickup boy. That’s it!
